Would you like your press release or other documents to reach readers in their native language? Xpress Press can translate your document from English into many other languages including: Spanish, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, French, German, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Chinese. Clients may supply their document in English and specify the language or languages into which they would like the release translated. In addition, reverse translation from all languages into English is available. All types of documents can be translated including technical, legal, medical, industrial, financial or marketing.

Send your request to translation@xpresspress.com and an editor will reply with pricing and approximate turnaround time. Typical turnaround time is between 24-48 hours depending on the time of the week the story arrives to our desk. Payment is required at the time we accept the assignment. Once the rate quote is accepted, our translation department will email and invoice for payment which may be transmitted back to our company via fax.

English to French - $160.00 USD per 500-word document.
English to German - $160.00 USD per 500-word document.

English to Portuguese - $160.00 USD per 500-word document.
English to Russian - $180.00 USD per 500-word document.
English to Danish - $180.00 USD per 500-word document.
English to Swedish - $180.00 USD per 500-word document.
English to Dutch - $180.00 USD per 500-word document.
English to Vietnamese - $190.00 USD per 500-word document.
English to Japanese - $210.00 USD per 500-word document.

Please note that a final word count will be generated by computer with MS Word. Texts of highly technical, legal or financial content may be slightly higher.
