    Payment is required in advance at which point our writer will send over your customized interview. After the interview is returned to our editorial department, the writer assigned to your story will review it along with any additional information you have provided. Your story will be written and sent to you for approval. Typically, our clients make minimal changes and there is no charge for these edits.

    Most client press releases run between 400-500 words. Final copy is supplied as plain text either in a word document or via e-mail. It is helpful if our editorial department knows in advance the methodology you will use to distribute the release to the media as different formats are used depending on if the press release will travel via email, wire or conventional mail. We will prompt you for this information in your interview.
