(PORTLAND, OR) – April 20, 2009 -- Fog Cutter Capital Group Inc.'s (OTCBB: FCCGE) Fatburger unit has announced the opening of yet another Southern California location at 501 Albertoni Street in Carson, California.

Mike and Nancy Ayoub are the franchise owners of this restaurant and are excited to give the Carson community their very own Fatburger. “I’m thrilled to be a part of the L.A. icon - Fatburger,” said Mike Ayoub. “I’ve been to numerous Fatburger restaurants in Southern California and I am excited to create the same lively vibe at my store here in Carson.”

The Ayoubs are entrepreneurs at heart, previously owning “Gift Time”, a gift and jewelry store for over 28 years. They stumbled across the Fatburger Corporate Office while attending to their store located on the 3^rd Street Promenade in Santa Monica. “As soon as we learned more about Fatburger, we knew Carson would be a perfect home for the brand.”

The new restaurant boasts approximately 2,200 square feet, contains 66 seats and will create approximately 35 new jobs for the community.
