In endorsing John LaCombe, Terry McAuliffe released the following statement:

John LaCombe represents the passion, energy, and commitment to real change that helped revolutionize the Democratic Party in 2008. John is a leader who understands that government needs to work for the people, and he will be an asset in shaking up Richmond and returning constituent focused government to the people. John worked hard to stand up for Virginians against predatory lending and will continue to stand with the people of Virginia and the 81st district, and fight for their interests as a delegate in the General Assembly.”

John LaCombe is the Democratic Party nominee for the 81st district House of Delegates special election, which is scheduled for January 6th, 2009.
