Legal Employer Provides Companies with Competitive Edge by Assuring Consumers that Workers are Legally Documented

of seals; Owner Verified, Owner Verified Plus, Owner Documented and Legal
Employer Verified. The Owner Verified and Owner Verified Plus seals offer
assurance from the employer that all of their employees are legally
documented. In order for a business to have the Owner Documented seal, they
need to provide Legal Employer with a confidential copy of each employee's
employment eligibility documents. The fourth seal, Legal Employer Verified,
requires that a Legal Employer representative personally verifies, using
approved government resources from the Department of Homeland Security,
that each employee submitted by the business owner is properly documented
and legally eligible to work in the U.S.
