Martin Luther King's Attorney Confirms Psychic Investigators' "Judas" Finding

Owings Mills, Md., Sept. 9, 2008 /Xpress Press News Service/ A startling new piece of history revealed by a close associate of Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. eerily echoes the earlier findings of psychic detectives whose investigation of King's assassination is featured in an award-winning book.

Clarence B. Jones--attorney, advisor, and speechwriter for Dr. King--says he learned from FBI documents that there had been "traitors" in King’s inner circle--"one black and one white"--in a chapter about the assassination in his recently released book What Would Martin Say?, and was "as surprised and hurt as Martin would've been to learn that not only was his own government out to destroy him, but it was being aided and abetted by people on the inside whom he'd trusted."

Before Jones' disclosure, a remarkably similar detail appeared in Witnesses to the Unsolved, in which renowned police psychics and mediums probe King’s assassination and other mysteries. One psychic sleuth and one medium independently reached the same surprising conclusion.

Witnesses to the Unsolved quotes psychic detective Robert Cracknell as strongly sensing treachery "from within the camp of Martin Luther King, and that there must have been some collusion" with powerful enemies of King. Cracknell, who was recently shown solving a fraud case on the Biography Channel’s hit series Psychic Investigators, first came to public attention when he provided accurate information to investigators of the Yorkshire Ripper serial murders and other high-profile crimes.

Longtime medium Janet Cyford also eerily foreshadowed Jones' bombshell revelation, sounding surprised at the unexpected information that came through: "There’s this awful sadness that comes over [King]...This sounds very ridiculous, but it's almost like...he's likening it to Judas."

The chapter on King’s murder presents this unexpected detail as one small piece of a complex puzzle that includes rarely explored elements of the mystery, including deathbed confessions and alleged cover-up murders, which potentially shine new light on the case.

Witnesses to the Unsolved--which also explores the controversial deaths of White House Deputy Counsel Vincent Foster, rock icon Kurt Cobain, Secretary of Commerce Ron Brown, and other "cold cases"--was named a 2006 Independent Publisher Book Awards finalist in the True Crime category and selected as a ForeWord Magazine Book of the Year finalist.
