BlueView Awarded GSA Contract Schedule

Seattle, WA- Aug. 13 /Xpress Press/ - BlueView Technologies, Inc., the leading provider of miniature multibeam imaging sonar, announced that the company has been awarded a Federal Supply Schedule contract by the General Services Administration (GSA).  GSA is a centralized federal procurement agency that serves to improve government efficiency and help federal agencies better serve the public.

Under contract number GS-07F-0343U, BlueView is approved to sell to governmental agencies their P450E-15 (450 kHz) and P900E-15 (900 kHz) multibeam sonar heads as well as BlueViews BV-3000 Surface Vessel Pole-Mounted Sonar System.  This important milestone provides BlueViews government customers at federal, state and local agencies the opportunity to buy their revolutionary acoustic underwater vision systems with preferred pricing and a streamlined acquisition process.

More than 130 BlueView sonar systems have been deployed since the first one was delivered in July 2005.  As a result, there are currently more BlueView sonar systems operating in US ports than any other multibeam imaging sonar.
