Performing American Roots Music in the Lousiana Zydeco Tradition, MOJO & The Bayou Gypsies headline Europe’s 19th International Cajun & Zydeco Festival, 21-22 May, 2011, in Raamsdonksveer, NL

Third-generation Zydeco artist Chubby Carrier took home a sweet reward for decades-long work born of a family music tradition in winning the Grammy for his album Zydeco Junkie.

The tour includes performances in Connecticut, Illinois, Maryland, Michigan, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Wisconsin, Ontario, Quebec, Santiago (Chile); Buenos Aires, Sao Paulo, Panama, Caracas, Monterey and Mexico City (Mexico).

On August 2, ASIA will kick off its fifth North American tour since its 2006 reformation at The Zeiterion Performing Arts Center, in New Bedford, MA. The 29-city tour will conclude on September 8th at The Moore Theatre, in Seattle, WA.
